CO1 and media pro SE

I presently use CO1 to catalogue my images would it be better if I used Media Pro SE to catalogue my images and only use CO1 for editing. What are the benefits of media pro SE over CO1

  Media pro is extremely good and fast if you have large photo collection (over 1000 images) and can store offline previews of entire collection on my laptop while originals kept on raid storage.
  You can try it before a buy to understand its power of managing large archives

  I think it's still fairly accurate, but be aware that I am not a C1 user. I use Media Pro + other raw editors, and I created that post to try to understand the difference.
