Anyone else got log-on problems for download??

Am I alone in being unable to log on to my user account under phaseone.com? I have tried to log on to download a product update several times during the past two weeks, but the log on throws a garbled error page saying things like:

"Server Error in '/' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server....

BTW I am am running IE8 under WIndows 7 on a new Dell desktop computer.

  Search the forum for Server Error in '/' Application and you have your answer.

  Thanks. I just deleted the cookies, but the error persists.

  Is another browser an option for you? Can you try from a different computer?

  Or a different user account on the same computer (I always have at least two accounts on my system, one administrative, one with low privileges).
