Export Tiff to Tiff 16 bit Landscape format = Black

Ver 10.1.1

I have folder of Tiff files edited in C1 in both portrait (5), and Landscape (7) orientation.

I am exporting as 16 bit uncompressed Tiff.

Result: Totally black file for the Landscape, no problem with the Portrait.

Switched to 8 bit, same.

Switched to 8 bit LZW, got a bar of about 10% photo processed, the rest black.

Switched to 16 bit ZIP, black.

Suggestions? Help?

  Have you tried different tile dimensions?
  Process recipe > Basic > Options > Tile dimension

  Never had to deal with Tile dimensions before. That fixed it. Thanks.

  This usually isn't an issue, but in some macOS versions there's a problem rendering a viewable image unless there's that intermediate Tile dimension.
