Hallo,
Ich habe kürzlich Capture One 10.x und ein paar Tage später 11.x als Testversion installiert. Bei beiden Versionen kann ich zwar alle RAW-Files und auch JPGs, TIFFs usw. laden und anschauen, doch bei keinem Foto kann ich Änderungen vornehmen, weil alle Regler inaktiv, also grau, sind. Ich habe Windows 7 64-bit aktuell upgedatet, 32 GB RAM, eine NVIDIA Quadro K2200 mit 4 GB RAM. Alle anderen Programme, von PS bis zur SONY-Bildbearbeitung arbeiten einwandfrei, nur in Capture One kann ich keine Objektivkorrekturen, keine Farbkorrekturen, keine Helligkeitskorrekturen vornehmen, da in allen Reitern alle Regler inaktiv, also grau, sind.
Ich kann das RAW-Bild (mit den voreingestellten Werten) entwickeln und z.B. nach Photoshop CS6 exportieren, doch eine wirkliche Entwicklung in Capture One ist nicht möglich.

Ich habe gegoogelt und gesucht, doch Fragen nach "Regler inaktiv" blieben ohne Ergebnis.
Was mache ich falsch?

    First of all check if you activated the correct license. It sounds like you are on 'DB', which is for [D]igital [B]acks only. There are also Sony Pro/Sony Express, which are for Sony only, and Pro, which edits all supported cameras.
    And for editing non-raw formats, editing must be enabled in 'Preferences' - 'Image' - 'Editing'.
    Other possibilities are NAS or permission issues, or working in a 'DCIM' folder.

    Schau als erstes mal nach, ob du die richtige Lizenz aktiviert hast. Es hört sich so and als würdest du 'DB' benutzen, das nur für [D]igital [B]acks ist. Es gibt außerdem Sony Pro/Sony Express, die nur für Sony sind, und Pro, das mit allen unterstützten Kameras arbeitet.
    Und für nicht-raw-Formate muss das Editieren in 'Preferences' - 'Image' - 'Editing' (keine Ahnung wie das in der deutschen Version heißt, bei mir läuft alles US/intl.) eingeschaltet sein.
    Andere Möglichkeiten sind Probleme mit dem NAS oder Zugriffsrechten, oder das Arbeiten in einem 'DCIM' Ordner.

    Danke für die rasche Antwort. nur, ich habe gar nichts lizensiert und keine Lizenz aktiviert. Aber der Hinweis auf DB hat gereicht, so bin ich auf eine Auswahl gekommen, die eine Auswahl einer Version von Vollversion bis ein bisschen SONY bietet. Jetzt habe ich mal "ein bisschen SONY" gewählt und werde mir anschauen, was das Programm leistet (oder nicht leistet). Zumindest sind in der Zwischenzeit nach dem Import die Regler aktiv.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Only, I have not licensed anything and have not activated a license. But the reference to DB was the key. So Capture One offers a selection of a version from full version to a bit SONY. Now I have chosen "a bit SONY" and will look at what the program does (or does not do). At least in the meantime the controllers are active after the import.

    Die (Sony) Pro Version bietet eine Anzahl zusätzliche, sehr nützliche Werkzeuge und Funktionen. Probier sie aus, ich denke es lohnt sich.

    The (Sony) Pro version offers a number of additional, very useful tools and options. Try them, I think it's worth it.
