Bug: ICC4 profiles make C1 5 screw up

Yeah, thats right. As soon as you have some ICC V4 profiles installed, C1 does not recognize them and selects it as a (broken) default proofing profile. Every time I start C1, I need to switch back to a valid ICC manually. Of course it already has modified some proxy images with the new invalid data..... Really unneccessary mess up.

  I upgraded to C1 version 5 from the 4 version and now my ICC profile does not work. If I choose my profile it ends up disappearing as soon as I choose another tool. Is this the same problem you are having? You mentioned doing something manually, how do you do that?

  Since I need to recalibrate here and then, I recalibrated to V2 profiles this time. I did not find a way how to use V4 profiles in C1.

  ICC v4 profiles are a known issue in C4 / C5. There is a posting around here in which Phase One acknowledges that and that it is working on it.
