lens correction sliders

If I have a lens that has a C1 profile is there a reason why I wouldn't move the Distortion, Sharpness Falloff and Light Falloff to 100% for every image to correct for these lens errors?

  If you need the corrections they make, then it is a no-brainer. Some like the natural look the optical flaws give them.
  So the answer is: "it depends", which is also why the software gives the user a choice.

  Thank you for the reply. That makes perfect sense. I assumed that would be the case but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I hadn't thought about the natural look and now it makes sense why you would have sliders vs. automatically applied.
