CO altering raw files?

Recently (v3.7.1?) I'm finding any file in a CO 'Capture Folder' is no longer recognized by ACR. Obviously not good, means raws are being altered. What am I missing?

  RAW images are not altered in Capture One in any manner. I stumbled upon the same issue as you. If RAWs are buried down in multiple folders and subfolders, i.e. User ~Pictures~Captures~Session Folder~Captures folder, I cannot get them to display in Photoshop browser.
  If I move them to a more accessible location they do.
  Don't know why.

  I do not use ARC, but I would check the prefs to see if there is an \"ignore sub folders\" option. I do know that nesting issues (folder within a folder) are a common problem with many apps.
