Files Import As Pink Lines Only

Hi All,

I've been working with some files from the Canon 5DS, and I'm having some trouble. I'm on the most recent version of Capture One (8.3.4) but the 5DS files are coming up as pink lines or completely black, with no image shown in the preview or in the thumbnail. The RAW images are fine if I view them in Finder, but for some reason Capture One can't seem to read them effectively. I've attached a screenshot showing several of the files. Anyone have any solutions? OS X 10.11

  Your images are full RAW? mRAW and sRAW are not supported.
  
  If you have openCL activated, please switch it off and try again. This looks like a typical openCL issue.

  Thank you Hans - they are mRAW! I didn't realize that wasn't supported. I was eventually able to make the regenerated previews stick (somehow...) but if it crops up again I'll be sure to cycle OpenCL.
