Focus Tool

In the video w/ Walter he shows the use of the focus tool. But this is located within the main tool header along w/ the pointer, hand tool, zoom, crop, etc... I do not have this tool available. I have attempted to drag this from the customize tool palette but it only drops it outside on the header. This tool does not permit me to place it on the image to select a point as he does in his educational video.

    Disregard- I needed to select the tool under the focus palette first.
