Tell us more about your steps and details of symptoms. Also which version, and session or catalog.

First We take photos with CaptureOne 6.01 (64bit 44939) directly connected with the camera Canon Mark II on the PC.
Second If the photograph away is finished, we would like to process the photos on the Mac with the same CaptureOne version (actually we're working in a Mac workflow). The PC is just for mobile photography in use.
Third When opening the file, Capture One PC on the Mac followed by the message: "The session file was backed up with the Windows version of CaptureOne and can not be read with this application."

Session files from v6 are not cross platform compatible. But, you can read the files and their settings in 7 with no problems.
Use a session in v7, and browse your way to the files from the Folders Tool Tab.

When you load the pictures, they will be shown with the CO6 engine. You can choose to upgrade them to the CO7 engine from the Color Tool Tab.

In addition to Christian's comments, in Capture One 7 sessions are cross platform (Win<->Mac) compatible. In other words, a session created on a PC with Windows can be read on Mac and vice versa.

Upgrading to CO7 on both PC and Mac will solve your initial problem.
