images offline?

This morning all of my images were accessible, this afternoon they are all "offline". I am NOT looking forward to right clicking and relocating > 3000 images. Is there a way to "relocate " all of them at the catalog level rather than at the folder level?

It was likely that I caused the problem when I restructured my "Home directory" in order to correct a problem with Time Machine. When I installed Mojave, TM started doing complete file backups rather than performing incremental backups as it previously did with High Sierra. This was causing a 2T backup drive to become filled in 6 days. I think that that is now corrected (I am running test case now). But, now I have to "relocate" my images.

  I tried to "locate" at the catalog level and C1 crashed. So, I gave up and did it at the folder level. Slow, but it worked.

  I am still trying to recover from my major screw-up this afternoon when I moved my Home directory and all of my C1 images ended up “off lineâ€. After I completed the “location†process, two of my folders, 2005 & 2006 did not appear in my C1 “Initial Catalog†(this was the name I gave to the catalog for the pictures that were initially brought over from LightRoom). The two missing folders containing the missing images still exist in my Apple Pictures folder.
  What is the easiest way to get these image folders back into the sequence of folders in my “Initial Catalogâ€, ie, 2004, 2005, 2006, etc.? I was able to import them back into C1 but they did not end up in the correct location in the “Initial Catalogâ€.
