Backup has a differnt icon?

When I backup a catalogue in Capture One V12 the icon within the backup location looks different to the one I used to get with V11.

Is this the same for you as I'm unsure as to if the backup I now get with V12 is correct and not defective in some way.

V12 backup is of a slightly smaller size than I had with V11 but that might just be down to me doing some cleaning out of files.

  Maybe the graphics in the icon of the .cocatalogdb file has changed a bit. Other then that it looks pretty safe to me.
  
  To feel comfortable you can do a simple test. Use a test catalog, make a backup, make a change (add some images), restore backup and see the result (add images are gone).

  Paul,
  I did as you suggested, saved a test catalogue, saved it, added an image and then restored and the added image was missing.
  
  So as you suspected, it would appear that it is just the icon for the backup catalogue has changed.
  
  I hate it when they do that to us.
