Phase One. You will loose my custom (and quite a few others)
I posted about the green tint and over contrasty images from my 400D.
I now see others are getting it as well.
There is a thread on dpreview about it and i cant believe the replies you guys are giving us.
You can read it here but if this is all PO are going to do then im off and wont be purchasing anything else from you
And the solution thats been posted doenst work at all

dave_bass5,
Thanks for sharing, I liked this post which is right-on:Phase One is aware and have received several
Support Cases. Strange, since C1 is absolutely dynamite with my 350D
files. I'm sure they'll get it straightened out soon.
Thanks to a few Support Cases along with provided image files, the problem is acknowledged and logged into the Test Track.
This means it is getting attention and will be fixed in version 4.0
Sincerely,
k c0 -
So are you saying that the replies given to the other members are not correct?
Especialy the one about not using AWB to correct the problem?
Plus Adobe LR works ok. How do they manage it?
I dont mind if you say C1 wont work with the 400D files but you are saying it will. its on your website.
But now you are saying i will have to pay more if i want to use my 400D and C1.
This i wont bother doing as LR is on its way and DPP is free
I must agree with the other poster, C1 is a fantastic piece of software and i will miss using it but i wont pay again for it and it looks like it 3.7... wont get a fix0 -

But if you have already paid for version 3.X.X you have at least one Upgrade available to you free of charge so you will not have to pay more.
A more valid complaint may be with the recently announced timescales with CO 4.0 LE not available until 2007 and CO 4.0 PRO not available until the end of Q2 2007.0 -
Ah, i didnt know about the upgrade (I got C1 as a present) but if C1v4 isnt out before LR ill abandon C1 anyway as im getting to grips with both LR and DPP.
Once my workflow changes (as it has to at the moment) i wont want to change again unless i have to.
A more valid complaint would be why does PO state C1 works with 400D files when it clearly doesnt?
I have a major problem with this. surely PO tried a file or two before releaseing the upgrade.
And it now sounds like they wont fix the problem in C1 v3.7.
when are we likley to see v4?0 -

Deciding not to fix the problem in CO v3.7.X would be perfectly valid if the release of CO 4.0 was imminent.
As to when we are likely to see CO v4.0, it appears you did not read all of my previous post.0 -
Of course i read it.
you didnt specify a date, just a time frame.
i was asking if anyone actually knows the date.
I didnt realise you were quoting the PO press release.
Damn, thats a long time.
Not going to be able to use C1 again now.
Off to Adobe 😭0
