Max 100 spots for spot removal tool?
I shoot underwater images. My system has two strobes to illuminate the foreground to bring out the color in corals.
A common problem is that the flashes also lights up small particles in the water (sand grains, plankton, etc). They appear in the images as small white dots.
I use the spot removal tool to remove these spots. It works great. But it appears that I can only remove 100 spots. This seems to be an arbitrary limit. Is there some way to get around this?

I had a particularly “spotty†image I offered to clean up for a friend and ran into the 100 limit. I started by making the spot brush larger to cover multiple spots in one go but that sometimes ran into varying background shades making the spot more obvious. As this image was jpg I ended up outputting a new variant when I got to 100 spots and started again on the variant image. Obviously you may not wish to “burn†multiple jpgs from a raw. 0 -

Sure, but what about TIFFs ?
An other solution would be to open a TIFF with Photoshop, or Affinity Photo, or any other similar software. Actually, Capture One is not built for huge local corrections in the same way as those ones.0
