Missing All Images from Import
I'm sure this is an easy fix, but can't seem to find it. I am currently still on the trial and am desperately trying to escape the wrath of Adobe so help here is a push in the right direction.
I imported my images with the following settings:
Location: Thunderbox
include subfolder unchecked
import to store files current location
collection recent imports only
no backup
naming auto disabled
applied only copyright
styles none
auto adjust checked
include existing adj. unchecked
However, the images are not in their original location. In fact, when I search my HD for the filenames, there are no results at all. And, the original folder is empty.
I would like those images back in that folder. Where are they?
** Sorry one more thing... When I right-click on any image the location options are all greyed out.

Thank you!

Are you importing from a card? a hard drive? A little more detail may help... Do you see the images in the Import dialog? 0 -
Hi Lisa,
As suggested, you might want to tell a bit more about your workflow so we get the picture, right? 😉
As you are currently running the trial mode, you maybe find some help in these tutorial blogs on catalogs, starting with:
