iView Media Pro and Phase RAW files

Are there problems (or limitations) with using iView to Catalog and Keyword RAW images from the P45 back?

I know in the past that it is possible to corrupt phase files with applications like iView and Bridge.

  I don't know if it's too late to reply on this, but we use iView Mediapro to index our P25 files and there's no problem. But we do not modify the files outside of Capture One. So Mediapro does not write the file.
  
  At the same time, I would think twice about using MediaPro. Microsoft bought them and the preview of their first release is getting dished pretty badly over in the iView forums.
