C1 on two different hard disks and only one C1 library

Is this possible? I work on a Mac Pro Xeon with 4 internal hard disks. Two of those can boot the machine. They both have C1 installed. One disk I use for beta-testing another software (protools digidesign). I'd like to be able to work with C1 regardless of which disk started up the machine but always referring to the unique C1 library on one of the hard disks.

I cannot get C1 on the second disk to recognize my favorite folders on the other disk, they all have exclamation and question marks and no pictures.
