Tethering 5d MK 3 to Capture 6.4.4

I was running capture 6.4.3 on my brand new Mac, was working fine. Plugged in to tether on shoot today, camera wouldn't attach, only came up with "attaching camera" updated software, tried diff tether cable, registered camera to capture, deleted and reinstalled, still won't work. Works with same setup except old 2 year old mac. Please help!

  I notice the same with a 5D II ! on 10.7.5 and 10.8.2.1.0
  I try with a 6.3.2 quickly on a 10.7.5 and it is OK

  6.4.2 is OK on 10.8.2.10 with 5D II
