Unable to create support case "... we are not able ..."
I am having a rather troubling problem with the software (previews show wrong colors on some images, making impossible to adjust image correctly), and I am trying to create a support case since yesterday, but I keep getting the following message:
We are not able to register you case at the moment, please try again later.
I am using Capture One 8.3 Pro (for Sony), but the problem also happened on 8.2. My case had attached images, and although they uploaded without a problem, could the fault in the support case system be related to that?

I have experienced the same. I now assume it is their server undergoing maintenance,
