Capture One Problem

Hi I just installed the trial version of capture one from a DVD iam trying to open Raw files from the Nikon Dx2 but i keep getting a message saying the folder is empty. Can anyone help me?

  Be sure you have version 3.7 + the most recent is 3.7.3
  
  Take RAW images only direct from CF card to Session Folder on local disk C:
  DO NOT use any other software before loading into Capture One.
  Default location is best to eliminate problems:
  C:\\Program Files\\Phase One\\Capture One PRO\\Captures\\Your RAW files.
