7.1.4 Skintones under WB Don't Work
I've been trying to use the Skintones feature under the WB tool to make adjustments to skin tones and it doesn't work. 7.1.3 omitted this feature and it was reintroduced in 7.1.4. However, I don't think it works. I went through the help files and did what they said to do but to no avail. Every time I select a skin tone, they all look the same.
This is what I do:
1. Set the WB
2. Click on the sin tone tab and select a skin tone. Nothing happens.
3. Click all the skin tones and they look like the first one, therefore no changes.
As always, am I missing something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looked into it. The feature is broken. I will report this to Phase One. 0 -
Thanks for the confirmation.
I love the software, workflow, and output, but I'm concerned that the Quality control is poor at Phase. They omitted the feature in 7.1.3 and then introduced it back in 7.1.4, but it appears no one confirmed it was working properly. Being in QA myself for more years than I care to admit, the number one rule for any process is validate!
I hope it's fixed for the next release.

Hello,
Go to
C:\Program Files\Phase One\Capture One 7\SkinTones
Copy files
Go to
C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\CaptureOne\SkinTones
And past what you copied.

Thanks for the tip. I did as instructed and it doesn't work. I clicked on all of them and the image remained the same.
I restarted the program several times.
