Workspace Duplication onto another computer

How do I copy a workspace to be then used on another computer without manually trying to copy each set up from memory. The same with curves and other adjustments like black and white adjustments/conversion recipes?
I am using capone 8 on yosemite.

  Go to <home folder>/Library/Application Support/CaptureOne. From this folder you can find presets and workspaces. Copy them to another computer.
  
  Note that the <home folder>/Library folder is hidden by default. You can open it from Finder > Go menu opened, press Alt-key to show in menu.
