Styles and Preset Dropdown

Is there a way to have the Styles and Presets toolbar just list all the actions upfront without having to click the dropdown menu? Or maybe an option where you can select a favourite/most used actions to bring up front?

  you can rename the styles 01_, 02_, 03_ ... etc.
  The styles are located in user/library/application support/capture one

  I was referring to the second part of your post (that I was quoting)....:
  by renaming you can alter the order of the styles in the menu.
