7.2.3 Update bugs
Can someone tell me where to download the previous version 7.2.2 ?
I forgot to save this version when i installed it.
7.2.3 is very unstable and i can't wait for a new update.

Hello,
Since i installed the update i can't connect my camera for remote shooting with capture1.
The error message is "cannot find the capture server, unable tethered capture and live view".
My Macbook pro is a little bit old 10.6.8,could that be the problem?

I am on 10.9.4 and turned off Open CL and 7.2.3 crashes a dozen times a day. Very frustrating. I can't remember the last time Lightroom 5 crashed.
I am used to capture one crashes and was laughint when I saw photographer Joey L comment on Capture 1 bugginess on his Creativelive show. He had to reboot lol. So we are not the only ones who capture 1 stresses out during a shoot. #JoeyL should have used Lightroom for his live show.0 -
Is 7.2.3 designed to crash constantly to force upgrade path to C1 8? 7.2.3 is completely unusable because of constant crashing. I am using 8 which has its problems such as not being able to close properly during shutdown(it actually opens up the catalog dialog during shutdown!!!) 0 -

That is of corse not the case and Capture One 7 is still being developed.
Please keep your posts constructive or find an alternative board to post them.0 -
I paid good money and 7.2.3 is broken in many ways. It is simply unacceptable to have so many bugs. I hope 7.2.3 is updated soon for those who paid a premium price for your product.
If Phase 1 representatives are going to have such an attitude it should be based on a record of excellence. Plus my comment was a question(notice the ? mark) for others.
Your only response seems to be about blaming the user. That is truly "unpleasant" and unconstructive.
And to dismiss a person's problem with a claim that 7.2.3 works on 99% of machines sounds unbelievable.

I'm sorry, but C1 7.2.3 crash every time....if you level the image, if you copy settings from picture to another, loose settings....C1 7.2.2 not why???
And why you delay so much release new stable version????

Not at all. All of my responses are to direct people to a solution, or direct users to the support system to find one.
Again, you're forum presence is both negative and accusatory without ever attempting to contact support and find a solution.

We have a few support cases from you last year with simple and clear solutions, none of which took more than 24 hours to answer. I would again welcome you to use the support system to find a solution to the crashes you are having. There are many users that have had conflicts which we were able to remedy and thousands more that operate the software without crashes, so if there are specific instances we can assist you with we would be happy to do so and get to the bottom of the issue.
You certainly have paid good money for your Key and support is Free of charge, so why not take advantage of that. 😉0 -

Drew, you are right, but this time i'm afraid working with C1 7.2.3 because i have a folder with 2.000 images (i work with session!) from my last trip and every time it crashes i loose settings: better, the images are modified but all settings are set to 0!!!!
After many ours of work i'm frustrating from this.
So how can i open a support case for this? With C1 7.2.2 it doesn't happen.0 -

Just contact support and provide a description along with the Logs and System Profile, we can then tell you what is occurring and causing the crash.
