    Are you sure all your files are highlighted and that you're clicking the \"apply to selected captures\" button?

    One of the most common mistakes with processing failure is simply not checking the Enable Queue at the Batch Tool.

    Also, we have recently find users attempt to work directly from their CF cards. In this situation there is no place for Color Management data to be written. Files need to be on the hard drive and the Work and Preview files will be built and all color adjustments will be Saved. And finally to apply these settings, WB adjust your Chart, and then as riolok mentions, be sure all other files you want to apply the setting to are Highlighted.

    When we set up a session the destination is on a server, so when we put files from the CF card into the \"Captures\" folder on C1 Pro are we still working on the CF card or are we on the server? I just want to be sure we won't be running into problems.

    Thanks for that. I eventually found the "Apply Settings" button very late at night.....It works perfectly now. Thanks for you help.

    riolok, I meant literally that folks have tried to work from their card reader and CF card even making it a Favorite. This will create problems. Your Network set-up should be fine and sounds as though it has been. So, once transferred files from CF to you network location and you begin to work, you are not working from card reader.

    All is well... 😊
