I need to rotate all tethered capture 90' automatically. I am able to auto apply settings ie crop, white balance, angle, but I am not able to rotate all new captures by 90. Suggestions appreciated. Thank you

The issue is that Orientation (that is the adjustment at hand here) is not prolongated with Copy from Primary or Copy from Last.
You need to use Copy from Clipboard.
To make sure the adjustment is on the clipboard, you perform a Copy command (Sh+Cmd+C) after the first shot and after you set Orientation.
Next, you set the checkmark for Orientation on the adjustments clipboard. Now you continue shooting with Copy from Clipboard.0
