image cropping and grid in CO Pro 3.7.4

Hi, How can I : 1/ apply same cropping in multiple images processing? 2/ to show the grid in preview window(like those in photoshop when you drag from the rulers)? Many thanks!! Benny.

  Do following
  
  Crop image.
  Go to process tab
  Click on " Apply these settings...." button in the top right corner.
  Make sure that Crop is checked and click apply (or hit enter)
  Not that the files must be of the same type and orientation (can not mix landscape and portrait)
