Bugs in capture 5
Hallo,
in the italian version the translation in the import window is wrong. The final folder "to" is translate " da" the right is "a" ... from "da" (phase One CF)- to "a" (New Folder).
But this is not the problem.. was difficoult to explain in Italian to my dealer, butI can try...
The bugs was in C4 too.
I don't know if the problem is intentional, but when I set up the aquisition on the C5 camera tool with the DB connected with firewire, normally I set the name and count number with 3 number. After I make my composition. ( I've not live video I've a P25) For to make the composition I make several shot, and the counter it goes ahead: name_001- name_002-name_003... etc... sometime i save the picture for compare the composition... When I finally found the corrected framing, the counter somtimes arrive to ...047 or more and I saved for example 10 pictures. When I decide to make the final picture, I delete the 10 pics definitively to the trash too, and reset the counter for to have and give to the client 1 file with a low number for my personal reasons. If I shot the final picture and the file name is name_001, the file is not the new version, but is the first picture that I made like test.... I try again and the with the second file "name_002" appear the second file test... Strange isn't it? or is it intetional?
I hope to have explain the problem, if it's not a problem and you decided to make this intentional, please explain to me.
Thanks a lot for the big work that you made and make, C5 look great and I have to test all the new function...

It looks like you would like to have an answer directly from Phase One with your question. Makes sense. If that is the case I suggest that you open a support case with Phase One because this user-to-user forum does not give you the best option for replies from Phase One. Or post in the P-series forum; you are already familiar with that I saw. 0 -
