They killed my V6 activation.

    What to do? Take a deep breath, and open a support case. Only Phase One support can see what happens at their side and can solve this quickly for you.

    Or help yourself: login to the Phase One main web site, go to your account details and choose license management. You can view the status of your license, deactivate any activations and activate Capture One again from the program.

    Manual Activation isn't a possibility with anything other than Capture One 3.

    My guess is that something changed on your system. When you try to reactivate Capture One 6, what is the error that you receive? Please be specific.
