TIFFS process darker then seen on Workspace

Every time I process an image into a TIFF it comes out substantially darker then the image that is on my Capture One workspace. Does anyone know why this might be happening. I am looking at them side by side on the same monitor...

ICC profile/recipe settings?
Monitor Calibration?
