New user, few "Needs", probably exist, but where?
Hi,
i am not really all that new user to C1 (5.1), but only recently started to use it also for our reportage nikon system. There comes some issues which might be already resolved but i dont know how to do them. Search didn't help either.
I love the software
First, in our reportage archive is always NEF+JPG file, i can disable jpg editing but how to limit files which are shown in grid and list view? I dont want to see them at all...
Second issue is, i use very often local color and brightness editing in Nikon Capture NX2. I know the skin color editor, but i need to define more points? Like for example select tree which was closer to the flash, decrease brightness, then select church, add contrast,...?
Third issue is, i cannot find ND Grad filter option?

Regarding your RAW+JPEG workflow, in CO5 it is best to save the camera-JPEGs in a separate folder. CO5 can not suppress viewing them when stored with the RAW files in the same folder.
CO5 does not have a local adjustment technology like Nikon's Capture NX2 has.
There is no ND Grad filter as far as I know in CO5.0 -

i got a reply from P1 (wow).
Nothing official but future looks positive. I hope soon, i can replace Photoshop for 99% of my work. ❗️0
