HELP! Capture One LE 3.7.1 not starting!
Hello everyone. I just updated to LE 3.7.1 on OSX 10.4.3 and the app doesn't even start: the icon in the dock is there, no window appears and on right-click it says \"Application not responding\". I wasn't smart enough to keep a copy of the previous version and now I can't work anymore!! I tried to fix permissions with Disk Utility and delete the only .plist file I found related to phaseone. Still not working. I tried on OSX 10.4.2 and was the same.
Is anybody able to help?

Unfortunately deleting the batch queue didn't work out the problem. At the bottom of the page they suggest to open a support case but that's done through an application menu! How am I supposed to do that if the application doesn't start? Does anybody have an email address to the tech support? I'm stuck!
