    I reported this already as I consider it to be a bug.

    You can force a reload by deleting the settings file (or entire ../CaptureOne/Settings70 sub folder), if you work with sessions.

    Hello. I am having a lot of problems with metadata. C1 express 7 don't recon update metadata. If you check the Load option in the auto sync sidecar XMP in the preferences then every time you open C1 you will end with the system loading again and again all the metadata of all your photos in the catalog. The search don't see the names of the files. I am really trying to use the catalog option, not only to develop files, but appears like an impossible mission. Is crashing all the time my new macbook pro retina 3 ghz i7 processor.

    Hi,
    In the Capture One 7, you can select Edit -> Edit All Selected Variants, then you can select all images and use Metadata tools menu Reload Metadata. works good 😊
