Problem activating Capture One 10.1.1 with new harddisk
Hi,
I changed the harddisk on my iMac and wanted to upgrade from 9 to 10 at the same time (I have 10 already on my iBook). When I click the Activate button, Capture One says: Activation profile incorrect. When I try the manual activation, it is not working either.
Can someone please help?

You should be able to manage your activations by logging in to your Account at Phase One.
If you did not de-activate before changing your disc and upgrading I would guess that the records do not match what you are now trying to do.
If you cannot sort it out by managing your activations create a Support Case and get official assistance would be my advice.
