9.2 upgrade not in english

Wasn't sure if I should complete the upgrade as all prompts are in german? or maybe dutch?
Didn't complete installation as was worried my English version would be overwritten.
Win 7 Pro

Is it the installer or CO ?
Both can be changed to English very easily.

My bad...somehow deselected English in the installer..just installed 9.2 and all is well.
