Keyboard Shortcuts Locking Up

    You should raise a Support Case if you want Phase to investigate your problem with you.

    Thanks for your advice Grant. I will submit a support request. My intention with this post however was to see if anyone else in the community is having similar issues or if it perhaps exclusive to my particular system and setup.

    Hi Dan,

    I realised your purpose but with things like this - something that I recall being raised a number of times before - the user help available may or may not apply to your situation but I would hope and expect that the knowledge base available to the Capture One support team should get you to a solution quickly if there is one that is known to work consistently.

    More to the the point by ensuring you have engaged with support early you improve the potential for a timely solution. And of course the weekend is approaching. In your position I would be hoping to make some progress this week rather than next!

    Hence the suggestion.

    I hope you get to the bottom of the problem and resolve it ASAP.
