Capture one won't start
So,
I've been using Capture One 12 for a few weeks, then today when try to open it nothing happens.
I can see it in the task manager, but that's it. I've tried restarting, re-installing - nothing helps.
I'm guessing there might be a configuration file that I'm missing? Or maybe a windows update that's incompatible?
Any ideas?

Two thoughts
Has it somehow been set to minimised and is starting up that way?
Do you have a dual screen system?
Which version of Windows are you using?0 -
Sometimes Capture One starts but can't open a session or catalog. Then it seems it does not start. You can prevent Capture One from opening a session or catalog by keeping the Shift key pressed while it starts. 0 -
Thanks for the tips.
I just tried starting with shift pressed and no change, still crashes on startup.
I am running windows 10 pro. Fully patched. 64gb intel x99 system.
I have ran 3 versions so far with no issues (love Capture One).
It is a single screen, but is Dell P4317Q - It is a 4k 42.5" monitor, Driven by AMD 580 card0 -
For crashes it is best to contact support. 0
