CaptureOne has encountered a problem
I have been trying Capture One 4 on the 30 days free trial and I am strongly considering buying the program. By my reckoning I am on day 29 of the trial (and certainly yesterday it told me that I had 2 days to go). But today, whenever I try to start the program, I just get a message that CaptureOne has encountered a problem and has to close.
I am reluctant to pay for the program if I won't be able to start it up to activate it. Any ideas what I can do?

In case it helps anyone else, I can report that this problem is now solved. It turned out to be caused by an update to Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 that failed to install properly. I uninstalled that update, and when Windows update offered it again, it installed properly and did not disable CaptureOne this time.
