Got some questions on the upgrade prices to 5 PRO
Hi,
i wrote an support eMail, but got no answer, perhaps they got lot of work at these days 😊
And the »Announcements and FAQ's - Sales related« in this forum leads to a 404 site.
Now, my question. I upgraded from C1 4 to 5 for 69 Euro. Than later at that day, i decided, that I want to go to C1 5 PRO. But, the price from 5 to 5 PRO is the same as for the upgrade from 4 to 5 Pro, 229 Euro. And I already payed 69 Euro for the upgrade 4 to 5. Hm. What could I do? Does someone has the same »problem«?
I think, the only way is, to ask the sales support. But, perhaps someone has experience with this things.

Hi Michael,
It has been a bit busy, If you didn't hear from us friday you will hear something monday. what will happen is we will forward the case to our sales department and they should be able to resolve the upgrade for you.0 -

few days are gone now and I didn't get an answer from your sales staff. Could you please ask them?
Would be nice, so I can upgrade to Pro, thanks a lot.
