How to upgrade to C1 4 from C1 Pro 3.7X

I have a copy of CaptureOne Pro 3.7X which I bought a while ago but have not installed since I found the workflow with PSCS to be appropriate.
I have read that I can get an upgrade to C1 4 using this version. When I checked my upgrade it only shows me v3.7.8 is available.
Please let me know how and where can I upgrade to C1 4 using my current version (which I believed is entitled for such an upgrade?).

  Yes, you can upgrade to CO4 (Light version only now) with your CO 3.x Pro license. Just download and install CO4 and activate CO4 within 30 days of first use with your CO3 license key.
  
  Note that CO4 (LIght) activation does not yet charge the 2 free upgrades counter of your CO3 Pro license. This will happen after CO4 Pro is activated. CO4 Pro is not yet released but due out later this year.
