Exporting images after C1 edits

Hello, new to C1. I am trying to export images from C1 so I can edit in PS after some minor editing in C1 but can't find a way to do it. Any help would be great.

  Already looked at the Output tool tab, the one with the cogwheel? By the way, export is known as Process in Capture One talk.

  Set yourself up a recipe to export to PS.
  
  Mine exports a 16 bit TIFF in AdobeRGB, when I process that recipe it opens PS which then opens the file or files.
