ERRORS: ImgcoreProcess.exe AND Output Processing File.......
I just downloaded a trial version yesterday and I'm already having issues with it.
The first error occurs when I try to output an image and I get the error message: "ImgCoreProcess.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"
The second error message reads:"Error processing File(file name) - Error".
I couldn't find any concrete solution in my search on this forum. We are using Windows XP. We want to make sure there is a fix for this issue before our company decides to purchase this software

Can you perhaps give some details like output or processing parameters? You might want to try different parameters like output profile.
And: what is your type/model of camera?0 -
The process parameters:
TIFF format @ 8bit
ICC profile: Adobe RGB 1998
Resolution: 300 px/in
Scale: fixed
Output to location: C drive/...captureone Library/output.......
The camera model is Sony Alpha 3500 -
Sounds pretty standard to me. Have no idea of a solution. You can ask a forum member to process a file for you to exclude the raw file as a source of troubles (you to make a file downloadable). Or open a support case if you want to go to these effort as a trial user. 0 -
I'm getting the same problem.
Basically the same settingsas above, except for ICC profile is sRGB and camera is Canon EOS 30D.
Any asst would be a great help.

Same here !!
I have already reported the issue in this post:

In my netbook Acer with Windows Vista and in my home computer (Quad) with Windows XP happen the same problems ... vers. 5.0x with Canon 7D raw files ... I need to test with more detail ... but it looks like is related to the proxies generation (take long time), and the number of files in the subdirectory probably has influence, perhaps RAW file type ... etc
I have open a case with support and it is under investigation ....

If the people that are having this issue haven't already, please create a support case and provide a system information file as well as some more details about your workflow. We've had a few conclusive cases with this error and in those cases the users machines didn't meet the System Requirements. Because of the inadequate hardware the ImgCore would crash. So ensure that your PC meets the specs.

In addition to the above we have also seen a large number of users with corrupt RAW files receiving this error. Please be sure that all your RAW files are valid. 0
