C1 Pro 5.0.2 cannot import files

    I too would be interested to hear if others are having similar issues.
    Have you downgraded to 5.0.1 and experienced a total lack of these issues? I would be interested to know if that is the case so we can look into 5.0.2 as the specific culprit as appose to a general issue with your machine.

    Downloading 5.0.1 now as I type and I shall keep a copy this time.

    Time for another fresh install, I guess ☹️

    The issue reported by Gu has been resolved through a support case. It was an issue with Folder naming which Capture One would not recognize because of the characters used.

    For those who may come across this thread, please don't use "/" when creating sub folder 😄
