C1 Pro 5.0.2 cannot import files
I've been experiencing a few problems with C1 ever since recent upgrade to 5.0.2.
Green tint if I switch from session to session, files won't import, session cannot be saved etc etc.
I got fed up, and decided to back files up and do a fresh install.
I followed Capture Integration's guide to fully uninstall capture one.
Now with the fresh copy, I still cannot import files into import folder, neither from CF card nor hard drive.
And this is driving me up the wall ... as I simply cannot proceed to the next stage of my workflow, and lightroom 3 is still a few months away.
I have opened a support case, but I would like to see if I could possibly seek others' advice in addition.

I too would be interested to hear if others are having similar issues.
Have you downgraded to 5.0.1 and experienced a total lack of these issues? I would be interested to know if that is the case so we can look into 5.0.2 as the specific culprit as appose to a general issue with your machine.0 -

Downloading 5.0.1 now as I type and I shall keep a copy this time.
Time for another fresh install, I guess ☹️0 -

The issue reported by Gu has been resolved through a support case. It was an issue with Folder naming which Capture One would not recognize because of the characters used. 0 -

For those who may come across this thread, please don't use "/" when creating sub folder 😄0
