Automate creation of Smart Albums in Projects

So in my workflow, I always create at least three Smart Albums under each project I create in C1...

All (which is all images from a shoot)
Selects (All images with a rating of 1 or more stars -- these are images I'll keep, but may or may not edit)
5-Star Selects (All images that are rated at 5 stars, these are the ones I edit first)
Finished Images (all images that have color tag of GREEN, regardless of rating; these are finished images)

I would like to find a way to run a script or macro (if possible) to create these Smart Albums when I create a Project in a catalog.

Can this be done?

(I have come up with this structure when I used LR as a means to sort/access certain images quickly and have since then semi-migrated most of my RAW processing to C1 and would like to keep the same type of structure for consistency.)

  I'm not used to work with catalog yet but I don't think there is. I'm looking into CO and I can't find a way except create a catalog template (or a session template if you prefer) and work with a new catalog for every shooting set and then import it into the main one. But I wouldn't find this to be particularly less time consuming than creating one project and three or four smart albums every time.
  
  If no one will have a proper solution that I'm missing, you can open a support case to suggest Phase One to add this feature.
