Capture Locks up on start

When I start Capture one 11 in Sierra it locks up attempting to load a "Session" (I get the spinning wheel). I suspect that I moved the session.

How can I start Capture One "clean" without it attempting to open anything?

  Keep option key down when starting CO. This gives option to select new session or catalog.

  Or you can search in Finder to find the session you moved, then double click the session file to open it. C1 will know where to find it next time.
