Previews invisible

Hi,
ALL the previews has disappeared. Reinstall, upgrade drive, regenerate previews... Nothing works.
C1 8.1.1, W7 64Bit.

  Disappeared from where?
  
  In Windows run a search for *.cop files and see what it lists.

  Hi Grant,
  Thank you. They "disappeared", i.e. became pitch black. Only the previews and only in C1. I have two monitors. One one all is OK, on the other no. But I did indeed do something. I recalibrate ONE of them. Tho other, in a very strange way, became useless for C1. So, I recalibrate both of them, and all came back to life.

  Multiple monitors.
  
  I rarely use a second monitor but when I do I sort of expect some glitch from time to time.
  
  I seem to remember that graphics card benefits from 2 re-boots if I change any settings.
