Hello Recently, my mouse stops tracking normally, it becomes very sluggish, when using C1 9.1 on MacOS 10.11. This is a recent problem and only occurs when I'm using C1 Thanks

  First, try updating to 9.3. You can download it from our archive, here:
  
  
  If that doesn't work, create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via Scripts > File Packager.
