Capture One 10.1 - Applying White Balance Across Files.
Windows 10 x64
Try the following:
With a master file selected and its White Balance left at "As Shot", now select one or more other files also.
Now choose Shift/Click Arrow in WB Tool to apply to all images.
For me, nothing happens. Shouldn't it?
However, if I make the tiniest adjustment to the WB of the master file, and then Shift/Apply All, the WB of all the other files changes too.
But, it won't work if you try to apply the Master files As Shot WB.

CO only applies changes. Unchanged values are not enabled for copy/pasting in the adjustments clipboard. So if nothing changed, nothing will be applied.
But you can force it to use the 'shot' white balance. After copying the white balance (or all adjustments), select the white balance in the adjustments clipboard, and apply it to your image selection.

The point is that as long as nothing has been changed regarding the WB of your reference file, the "copy to clipboard" of this setting will not have the WB box automatically ticked. But you can tick it manually and then everything works as usual.
Or you change the WB by just 1K or by the smallest clicable amount, which would then change the reading in the above field to "Curstom WB" and then the copy to clipboard command will show the box ticked already.0
