Are you sure you have Page Setup and Ptint settings set correctly. I have experienced similar problems with Canon and HP printers (I have never used Epson) and it is associated with what you have set up as the default settings in Windows itself, the print driver has a horrible habbit of reverting to these settings even though you have set them different in the editing application. (This is an Adobe problem as well as Capture One) What I suggest you do is go into Control Panel/Devices & Printers, right click on your printer and select printing preferences and set up printer preferences there, then select printer properties and on the general tab select Preferences and make sure your settings are correct here as well (Don't forget to click the Apply and OK buttons when the settings are correct) Now when you click on Print Settings in Capture One you will find everything set up properly already and it should print with color profile you select in the drop-down. (You need to do the same thing in Lightroom to)

WOOPS IGNORE ALL THE ABOvE I THOUGHT I WAS IN THE WINDOWS FORUM 🤭 🤭 🤭 🤭 🤭
